Supporter Agreement

We’re so glad to have you onboard! Here is some specific information about our collaboration and deliverables to help us get off to a great and productive start this season.

SEASON 2 - 2023

VLD Community agree to provide the following:

Access

One year free ‘Pro’ access to the VLD Community platform will be given for up to 5 nominated employees from the supporter’s company allowing the supporter’s team to actively watch all content, engage with members on the platform, take part in conversations and debates, educate and obtain tickets to all events.

The supporter may use the platform’s functionality to post content in general community spaces and others such as ‘going live’, or starting a ‘private chat room’ to host events and invite members.  To be coordinated and approved by VLDC.

PLEASE NO SALES PITCH.

Brand Exposure

Brand promotion on the main VLD Community site as an acknowledged and valued Supporter, including logo, brand write-up and link to company website. 

Brand promotion on VLD Community email campaigns and social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).

One brand-specific supporter feature conducted by VLDC.  This entails a short-form interview with a nominated person from the supporter’s team which will be posted and promoted on the platform.

Responsibility

VLD Community reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the agreement for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. VLD Community’s decision on any aspect of the platform is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

VLD Community shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by any Supporters in relation to VLD Community. VLDC will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees incurred by the Supporter.
